Because game keys are digital, specific rules apply to refunds.
1. Unredeemed keys
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the key has not been revealed or redeemed.
2. Faulty keys
If a key fails to activate, contact support with your order number. We verify and replace or refund it.
3. Redeemed keys
Once a key has been revealed or activated it cannot be returned, as it cannot be re-sold.
4. How to request
Email info@blistartekeys.com with your order number. Refunds return to your original payment method.
